This website
propatheia.com is a static site served by Cloudflare. We run no analytics scripts, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Cloudflare keeps standard edge logs for a short time to run the service; we do not read them.
Poker Bunker and our other VRChat worlds
Everything your character owns in a world (Voids, stats, cosmetics) is stored by VRChat's own persistence under your account. We cannot read it from outside the world and we never copy it out.
Our worlds download a small public text file (a GitHub gist) for notice boards and signed gifts. Downloading tells GitHub your address, as any download does; it tells us nothing.
Instance pings (opt-in, Casino Boss only)
So we can see roughly how many instances of a world are running and which build they are on, the world can send a tiny request to propatheia.com. It is sent only from the client of the player the instance elected as Casino Boss, and only if that player has turned on "Allow Untrusted URLs" in their VRChat settings. Nobody else's client ever contacts us. The Boss can also type a short instance code into a panel so the dashboard can send a one-line message back to that instance's board.

We do not receive, and the world cannot send, your VRChat name or id, who is in the instance, what anyone is doing, chip counts, or anything from inside the game. VRChat's rules for worlds forbid that, and the world's networking is built so it is not possible.
Signed gifts ("Void drops")
When we send Voids to a player through the gist, the public file carries only a numeric hash of the display name, an amount and a signature. Our admin system keeps the display name alongside it so we can see who we paid; that record is private to us and never published.
Discord commands
If the /bunker commands are enabled on a Discord server, Discord sends us the command, the server id and the id of the person who typed it, so we can answer and so that only the owner can send gifts. We keep a log line of who used a gift command; nothing else is stored.
Forms on this site
If you send us an application or a message through a form here, we keep what you typed (name, contact handle, your message) until we have answered it or for at most 12 months, in a private database on Cloudflare. We do not share it. To have it deleted sooner, email contact@propatheia.com.
